The people who waited on me in service and cashiers were nice and friendly. I appreciate that. The only problem was that I waited 3 hours in the waiting room only to find out that they could not finish the work on my truck because the alignment bay was not available. Fortunately, I have a second car. They took me home and I drove that for a day.
My sales rep, Charley Rebottaro, is always very friendly and extremely helpful. I call him when I need my car serviced and he is usually able to pick it up at my home the next morning, leave me a loaner car, and return it to me the same day. He always has helpful pointers on how to operate my car’s controls, save wear, tear, and money! I couldn’t ask for better service, and it is always a pleasure to see Charley!
I spent a small fortune on front end work on my 08 Cobalt. The front end alignment was a little off so I to it back and Nate made sure that the alignment was tweaked a little to make it right. Thanks Nate!
The dealership is fine. They have always been pleasant and helpful. The thing that concerns me is the quality of the GM vehicle. I don't even want to think about the problems we may have when the warranty expires. I will be buying a new vehicle in the next 6-8 months and am very seriously considering a Ford.
During my service visit I was asked to complete the survey and to please let them know if I was unsatisfied with anything. Other places I'm always asked to give a perfect score so they look good. Here they actually want to know how they can improve. What a great attitude.

He walked me over to repair. helped me explain what I needed. the repair dept made me feel welcome right away. my experience with them was fast friendly and professional. thank you ..
