Great customer service!!! I am willing to drive the 50 miles from my home to receive this great service! Everyone is courteous and friendly and they go out of their way to insure that the auto is returned in perfect condition.
We had Steve for a salesman, excellent service. We told him what we needed and he found exactly the right car. After signing the papers we did an introduction with the new car since this is our first General Motors vehicle. Unfortunately, During the walk around I noticed the rear clip of the car was protruding with a dent in the metal and it had a some serious scratches on the bumper. Manager said he would “make it right”. Got the car back six days later. Mr. underwood personally told my wife “we detailed it and topped the gas up.” WOW! A three day old “new car”, and you detailed it for me, you sure made it right! Thanks Mr. underwood you have just lost my business in any future dealings with your dealership and maybe even General Motors.
I was very pleases with the service and consideration I was given on my last visit. The service representative was very kind and made sure my car was ready for a long trip. He checked things I would not have thought of, but he made sure I shouldn’t have a worry. So very thankful to him.
