everyone is so helpful. Nick assured me that a recurring problem that, of course, could not be duplicated would be fixed. the last time it happened to me he said to take a picture of the error message in my car and I did that. GM finally realized that there was an intermittent problem like mine showing up in the Trax. I was given a loaner car to use while they conferred with GM and while they waited for parts. Thank you JOHN who worked on my car and did a great job as always!
Great experience. John pointed out all the rebates available with the work being done on my car. He even set up the rebates on his computer for me. GREAT customer service as always. I bought my car at another dealership because of the discounts I receive because of the discounts I get from where I work but all the maintenance will be done at this dealership.

John in the Service Department is AWESOME!! He was fully booked on the only day we could get an oil change, but somehow managed to accommodate us, and get us in that day. The entire service department is SUPER friendly and helpful!
Charley was awesome! I was very close to my lease being up and he helped me find a new vehicle on short notice and even delivered it to me at work on New Year’s Eve. I would definitely recommend this dealership & Charley.
It was for a free oil change. I have only had this car for 3 months tops. The air filter and cabin filter needed to be changed at the tune of almost 100.00. I was only able to replace the cabin filter which I am very surprised that it would not have been changed before it was sold. I bought this used and should not have to be replacing filters already due to the fact that they should of been changed before we purchased it. I really feel that this is a disservice to your customers that are buying a used car and it was supposed to be checked out prior to putting on the lot for sale. Those two things should be replaced as a given when you are selling a car. I am very unhappy because of this.
