The service we received was great. This service department has to be one of the best in the business. Everyone there was responsive and concerned about our needs. They all provided the extra care to resolve our problem.

I brought my truck to take care of an issue they say they couldn’t that day they said I have to make appointment so I did they gave a date and I brought my truck that day then they call me the truck was ready and I call again to make sure that really was ready before I go to pick it up because is 1 hour drive and they confirm but when I got there the truck was not ready and I had to take my truck home whit out fixed
Suggestion: make it easier to checkout a loaner car. I dropped off my truck and spent the next 30 minutes getting a loaner. Thats silly. I had to produce my license, proof of insurance, credit card,etc. Then waited for copies. Had to do a walk-around, etc. At a minimum, retain my info so the forms could be completed quicker! They were already working on my truck, and i was still waiting for the loaner.
